Noelle Ballarini

 

Noelle paints primarily in oils and specializes in plein air landscapes, seascapes, animal portraits and still life.  

She is originally from Santa Barbara, California, lived in France, and moved to Carmel in 2011 from Philadelphia. Noelle has painted for over 20 years in the United States and Europe and previously studied at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. She continues to study with several local master painters and is involved in the Monterey Peninsula’s wonderful art community.  She is constantly inspired by and strives to capture the astounding natural beauty of the region.

She is honored that her work has been recently selected to exhibit with those of so many talented regional artists.
